They call Putin ‘a dictator’, ‘a tyrant’ ‘the enemy of democracy’. But what if I told you that right now across Europe, opposition leaders are being taken down ‘one by one’.
Buckle up, because this is not what democracy should look like. In France ‘marine le pen’ leading the far right national rally, is convicted of embezzlement and is sentenced to house arrest. She is also banned from running 2027. Convenient? OR Calculated?, is this what democracy really looks like?, when the elites controlled the power.
Romania just annulled it’s elections. The winner of first round of Elections – Calin Georgescu, ‘arrested!’. He was not allowed to run in the second round of Presidential Elections. The government claims it a ‘foreign interference’ and an ‘attempted coup’. But who’s really interfering?.
Are we watching democracy crumble from the inside.
In Estonia, 70,000 Russians were blocked from voting due to security concerns. But what happens when the ruling powers decide ‘who gets to vote’. Is this what we are defending as freedom?.
In Germany, the ‘AFD’ rising in popularity is suddenly a threat to democracy!. Now they are under surveillance, some say a ban is next, why?, because they don’t follow the narrative. Is this what democracy looks like when you’re punished for your voice? when you are punished for speaking your heart?. Where is the line between protecting the people and shutting down opposition?.
And Hungary’s ‘Viktor Orban’?. The E.U wants to strip Hungary of it’s voice. why? because he doesn’t fall in line with their agenda?. Is that how a free Europe operates?.
And Slovakia. Prime Minister ‘Robert Fico’ ‘anti war’ ‘anti west control’ and suddenly an assassination attempt. Coincidence? or ‘a warning’ to all who dare challenge the system. They say Putin silences opposition.
But what happens when Europe does the same. Is this what freedom really means? OR is it just a mask to cover up the real dictatorships?. Call it justice. Call it Democracy.
But be honest what does this really look like? This isn’t Democracy.
