Fox News Senior White House Correspondent Peter Doocy confronted Leavitt, asking whether Project 2025 is now the administration’s blueprint for shrinking the federal government amid the ongoing shutdown. “During the campaign, President Trump said he didn’t know anything about Project 2025. Now, he knows about it. Is that the blueprint for shrinking the government?” Doocy asked.
